Delivered through our global pool of Associate Consultants — skills development, training and facilitation, quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based policy development, technical backstopping and documentation.
Working with local actors, international NGOs and UN agencies, we co-design applied and action research to innovate local solutions that drive policy and decision-making — and create impact for marginalized voices in vulnerable communities.
How we work
Every framework, protocol and evaluation we produce is designed with the people who will use it — ministries, implementing partners, communities. Participatory and consultative approaches aren't a feature we add; they're how we ensure the work is actually used.
